APCA Offers Free AHCCCS and Medicaid Enrollment Help in Phoenix

Asian Pacific Community in Action (APCA) is a nonprofit organization providing free Marketplace (Obamacare) and AHCCCS (Medicaid) enrollment assistance for Asian and Pacific Islander residents in Phoenix and the surrounding area.

APCA’s trained enrollment navigators can answer questions, explain program eligibility, and help complete applications for AHCCCS (Arizona’s Medicaid program) or Marketplace coverage. Services are free, confidential, and available in multiple languages to better serve the community. Their goal is to ensure eligible individuals and families can access affordable healthcare coverage.

APCA was formed in 2002 to meet the health related needs of Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander (AA and NHPI) individuals and families residing in Arizona. Our vision is to inspire diverse communities to seek healthier futures. Our mission is to provide services, advocacy and education for diverse communities resulting in a healthier and more empowered population seeking good health. Our current programs include Enrollment for Health Insurance such as Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act Marketplace (Obamacare), Medicaid (AHCCCS), and referrals to other programs. We are also working on improving oral health access for all Arizonans and ensuring everyone in our beautiful community gets counted for the Census.
