Spanning nearly 66,000 square feet, the new store invites guests to experience the vibrant flavors, traditions, and hospitality of Asia through an immersive combination of grocery, fresh market, dining, and community.

Food takes center stage inside the 10,947 square foot Seafood City Food Hall, the largest Filipino Asian food hall in Arizona, featuring seating for more than 300 guests.
Designed as a destination where families, friends, and curious food lovers can gather, the Food Hall brings together a collection of beloved concepts showcasing the diversity of Filipino and Asian cuisine.
At Grill City, guests can experience America’s Favorite Filipino BBQ, with over 35 million barbecue skewers sold across North America. Freshly grilled over open flames throughout the day, the menu also features signature dishes including Baked Salmon and Crispy Pork Belly.
Those craving comfort will find it at Slurp Alley, where hearty individual hot pots, rich noodle soups, steamed dim sum, and slow simmered broths bring together familiar Asian favorites with Filipino inspired flavors.
At Sizzle, every meal arrives on a sizzling cast iron plate served over java rice, creating an experience that’s as exciting to hear as it is to eat. Signature dishes like sizzling Beef Bone Marrow, rib eye steak and Sisig deliver bold flavors and comforting classics with every bite.
At Crispy Town, guests can indulge in roasted pig (lechon), irresistible crispy favorites, from golden chicken skin and crunchy chicharon to crispy fried crablets and Bagnet.
Fresh from the ovens of Bakers Avenue, guests can enjoy hot, freshly baked dinner rolls (pandesal) throughout the day alongside an irresistible assortment of ube creations, including ube pastries, crinkles, cheese rolls, buttery sweet brioche (ensaymada), cakes, and other freshly baked favorites.
For something sweet, Yelo Yelo offers a refreshing escape from the Arizona heat with tropical coolers, creamy shakes, silky soft serve, and the Philippines’ iconic Halo Halo, a colorful shaved ice dessert layered with tropical fruits, sweet beans, leche flan, jellies, and ube ice cream.
Curious about Filipino desserts? Kakanin Korner features traditional Filipino rice cakes (kakanin), handcrafted from glutinous rice flour for a soft, chewy texture similar to mochi. Guests can explore colorful treats like bibingka, puto, and sapin sapin, each offering a unique blend of ube, coconut, rice, and other classic Filipino flavors.
