Public Advisory on Temporary Entry Restrictions Effective Dec. 30, 2020
The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in Washington DC wishes to urgently announce that FOREIGN TRAVELERS are PROHIBITED from entering the Philippines effective December 30, 2020, 12:01 AM until January 15, 2021, if they are coming from, or transiting through, the following countries/areas listed below: or who have been to the same places mentioned below within 14 days preceding arrival in the Philippines:
- Denmark
- Ireland
- Japan
- Australia
- Israel
- The Netherlands
- Hong Kong SAR
- Switzerland
- France
- Germany
- Iceland
- Italy
- Lebanon
- Singapore
- Sweden
- South Korea
- South Africa
- Canada
- Spain
- United Kingdom (effective December 23)
If already in transit and will arrive before December 30, 2020, 12:01 AM, a FOREIGN NATIONAL may be admitted into the Philippines but shall be required to undergo an absolute facility-based 14-day quarantine period, notwithstanding a negative RT-PCR test result.
FILIPINO CITIZENS, including dual citizens, will be allowed to enter the Philippines at any time but they shall be required to undergo an absolute facility-based 14-day quarantine period, notwithstanding a negative RT-PCR test result.
